Opti Temp, Inc is now certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant
Opti Temp, a design and manufacturer of refrigerated chillers and heat exchangers is proud to
announce it is now certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant. The certificate of registration was
supplied on April 30th, 2012 by a U.S. based ANAB accredited certification agency.
Opti Temp underwent a one-year evaluation
process that included quality management system development, a management system
documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of
which work to identify corrective actions that elimination non-conformance to the quality
management standard. The process culminated in a comprehensive two-day registration audit.
The certification of compliance for ISO 9001:2008 with a scope of: Design and Manufacture of
Refrigerated Chillers and Heat Exchangers for Various Industries; including Injection Molding,
Temperature Controllers and Loaders certifies that the policies, practices and procedures of
our company ensure consistent quality in the product and services we provide our customers.
With this certification, our customers can be confident that Opti Temp Inc is dedicated to
maintaining the highest efficiency and responsiveness in achieving our ultimate goal of
increased effectiveness of manufacturing and guaranteed customer service.
